Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Truelux is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a resolution as appropriate.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used candles.

If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us and we will review the matter promptly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Truelux is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
